Working with our partner Castec International, EMU can offer fully automated in-fab AGV systems with Lot Storage and Lot Pick and Place as standard.

There are various end effectors and storage solutions available Open Cassettes, SMIF Pods, FOUPS, FOSB, Magazines and JEDEC Trays.

Castec’s Fleet Manager system integrates with existing MES/MCS control systems to manage the process flow of cars and fleets in production.

EMU Technologies offers direct sales and service support for our European based customers and we have a demo system setup in our UK manufacturing facility for in person demonstrations.
