EMU Technologies (Europe) Ltd is a Wafer Handling Equipment manufacturer based in the UK, focused on supplying cost effective, reliable automated and manually activated wafer handling equipment for 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm and 200mm applications to the global semiconductor industry.

EMU was founded in 2005 to manage the service and support of Recif Technologies 150mm and 200mm installed base in Europe. In 2011, EMU signed a licensing agreement with Recif Technologies to manufacture the next generation of the heavily industrialized Recif 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm and 200mm wafer handling equipment range. Today EMU manufactures a product offering that includes Wafer Sorters, Single Pick and Place machines, Batch Transfer solutions and Batch Notch and Flat Aligners, with a large installed base in fabs across the globe. EMU is always ready to customize our products to specific end user requirements. We also offer Recif Technologies Vacuum Handling Systems and Metal Cassettes to all of our European based customers.

EMU continues to support the installed base of Recif Technologies in Europe and our global installed base, with Spare Parts, FSE, Operator/Maintenance Training and Remote Technical Support readily available.
