EMU is working in partnership with Britelab Inc. to offer our UK & Ireland based customers an AMHS product line.

Britelab has updated the legacy Brooks/PRI AMHS product line for the modern wafer fab, with systems for 200mm and 300mm available.

We can offer updated products and systems for Brooks/PRI AT1 or AT2, to extend the life for a further 10-15 years. We can also offer new systems with Stockers and Transportation Systems readily available.

AT1, AT2 and 300mm Brooks/PRI AMHS spares are also available.
